About the Role:

As a Production Operative, you will be working in a busy flour mill environment, operating machinery and supporting the day-to-day running of the production process. This is a great opportunity to join a hardworking and friendly team in a vital role that helps keep production running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Operating milling and production machinery
Monitoring product quality and reporting any issues
Following strict health & safety and hygiene procedures
Carrying out basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment
Working as part of a team to meet production targets

What We're Looking For:

A reliable and hardworking attitude
Good attention to detail
Comfortable working in a production or factory environment
Previous experience in food production or milling is a bonus, but not essential - full training will be provided
